These rules apply to all Duxyverse services, including all game modes, worlds, chats, Discord, and community platforms. By playing here, you agree to follow these rules.
1
General Conduct
Be respectful and treat others the way you want to be treated.
Allowed
- Friendly behavior and good sportsmanship
- Helping other players
- Constructive feedback and reporting issues calmly
Not allowed
- Harassment, bullying, or targeting players
- Hate speech, slurs, or discrimination of any kind
- Threats, doxxing, or encouraging real-world harm
- Intentionally ruining others' enjoyment
Zero tolerance for hate speech or real-world threats.

Chat & Communication Rules
Duxyverse is family-friendly.
Allowed
- Friendly jokes and conversation
- Light roleplay
- Asking questions and socializing
Not allowed
- Sexual, NSFW, or suggestive content
- Excessive profanity
- Spamming, flooding, or excessive caps
- Advertising other servers, websites, or Discords
- Impersonating staff or other players
- Sharing personal or private information
If someone asks you to stop, stop.

Cheating, Exploits & Fair Play
Play fair at all times.
Not allowed
- Hacked clients, cheat mods, macros, or scripts
- X-ray or unfair resource packs
- Exploiting bugs or glitches
- Duplication glitches
- AFK farming where not explicitly allowed
- Abusing lag or server issues
Finding an exploit and using it "just once" still counts as exploiting. Report bugs to staff immediately.

Gameplay & PvP Rules
Unless a mode explicitly allows it, the following are not allowed:
Not allowed
- Spawn camping
- Targeting a player repeatedly to harass them
- Combat logging
- Teaming in solo modes
- Win trading or boosting
Competitive play is encouraged - harassment is not.

Survival & SMP Rules
Applies to all Survival and SMP worlds.
Allowed
- PvP where explicitly enabled
- Harmless pranks that can be easily undone
- Public farms that do not cause lag
Not allowed
- Griefing or stealing
- Claim bypassing
- Destroying builds without permission
- Trapping players without consent
- Lag machines or excessive chunk loaders
- Inappropriate or offensive builds
When unsure, ask first.

Creative Mode Rules
Creative is for creativity and collaboration.
Allowed
- Redstone experimentation
- Collaborative builds (with consent)
- Showcasing projects
Not allowed
- Inappropriate or offensive builds
- Copying builds without permission
- Lag machines or crash attempts
- Using Creative mode to gain advantages elsewhere

Mini-Games Rules
Applies to Skywars, Bedwars, TNT Run, Mace Battles, and more.
Not allowed
- Exploiting map bugs
- Teaming unless the mode allows it
- Intentional stalling to delay games
- Abusive behavior toward teammates or opponents

Usernames, Skins & Cosmetics
Not allowed
- Offensive or inappropriate usernames
- NSFW or suggestive skins
- Hate symbols or extremist content
- Impersonating staff or other players
Staff may require changes if necessary.

Staff Interaction
Staff are here to keep the community safe and fair.
Not allowed
- Arguing with staff in public chat
- Ignoring staff instructions
- Harassing or abusing staff
- Lying during investigations
If you disagree with a decision, open a private appeal on Discord.

Punishment System
Punishments are progressive but depend on severity.
Allowed
- Verbal warning
- Temporary mute
- Temporary ban
- Permanent ban
Severe offenses may result in immediate permanent bans.

Account Responsibility
Not allowed
- You are responsible for everything done on your account
- Account sharing is discouraged
- "Someone else was on my account" is not a valid excuse

Reporting & Appeals
Reporting
Allowed
- Use in-game reporting tools if available
- Open a ticket on Discord
- Provide screenshots or clips when possible
Appeals: All punishments may be appealed once. Be honest and respectful. Appeal decisions are final.

Rule Changes
Allowed
- Rules may change at any time
- Major changes will be announced
- Continuing to play means you accept the updated rules
